SHIPPING POLICY

We will send your Lambsie order using Royal Mail Signed For delivery:

2nd class signed for  £3.90

1st class signed for    £4.40

Next-day                   £7.25

We keep a record of the postal reference numbers as proof of postage and will share this with you if requested.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are confident that you will love your Lambsie, however, if there's a problem with it, we have a 'no-quibbles' returns policy.

We would love to make you another but if you'd rather just have your money back, we ask that you return your Lambsie to us, within 30 days of receiving it, via the recorded delivery service. Upon receiving it, we will refund what you paid, minus the postage fees.

Please note that we will only give refunds on Lambsies that have no signs of wear and tear. If it is obvious that the item has been used, we may refuse to refund the costs.
